GamePoint Fans! It’s only been a few days since the new Bingo version went live and we already have more Bingo news to share!

The Bingo Caller
Always wanted to have a Bingo Caller that announces the drawn bingo balls? Well, we have some good news for you! He’s finally here! GamePoint’s own Bingo Caller is calling out your numbers as we speak. Next to calling the numbers he also announces when a prize is won.

Play Bingo now and experience the feeling of real live Bingo! Let us know what you think in the comments below./p>

 

Do you prefer no Bingo Caller?
 No worries, that too is possible. Click on your avatar at the top left in-game and choose Settings. Select Game Sounds and move the slider for Announcements all the way to the left.

i hope you make option in sounds settings to turn only bingo caller off.
have game sounds turned off now cause i find it dreadful personally.
was happy with no caller compared to other bingo sites.

but option for the bingo caller off would be appreciated cause with the sound settings now i am missing other sounds since i don't wanna hear the caller.

Going green and win pattern & bingo or pattern & bingo fallen sounds are now also turned off.

Hi Tasja! We came to the same conclusion and will be adding an option to disable the Bingo caller specifically, while allowing other sounds in one of the next updates.

Wow, I never thought you would add a caller! You sure knoq how to surprise me lol..Its good but I also agree with adding an option to turn it off.

Some comments
- definitely need to be able to turn him off but not the other sounds (I see you've already addressed this). Would be good if we could just turn off the numbers and still have the wins announced though.
- why does he speak English in French rooms etc?

He speaks English, because your language is set on English. It doesn't matter in which room you are playing. If you set your language to French, you'll be hearing the French Bingo Caller in the future. At the moment we only have an English caller. Work in progress

I am glad they are putting a "caller" off option. I like hearing the dabs and the 2 or 3 to go "dings" but not the caller. Sorry. Love my Bingo tho'! :)

You can allready turn of the sound including the caller (how to: //www.gamepoint.com/news/post.php?id=1007), but like we said we will be adding an option to mute the caller without muting your other sounds in the near future.

Please put an option that allows us to turn off only the caller. Some like it and others don't, so option is the way to go please. Thank You for your time.

Thank you for your message. You are absolutely right. Some people like it and some simply don't That's why this (click) article explains how to turn of the sounds. Soon we'll also be adding an option to only turn of the caller, but not your other games sounds. So everyone can decide for themselves

I have noticed some problems when I select the change room feature under my profile. It will show the wrong amount for card cost , sometimes it charges correctly, other times it charges the same amount as the room I am changing from. The bingo board will reflect the game befores balls and not the balls for the current game.

Hi Gwiz, thanks for pointing this out. This issue is only visual, so you don't have to worry about an incorrect amount of coins deducted from your account when you buy your Bingo cards.

We found out what caused this and it's currently being fixed. I expect it to be live in one of the next few days.

Will they make the bingo callers for all the different languages of the rooms?

Yes, the caller will be added to all languages in the next few weeks.

Hi Donna, do you hear any other sounds? If not I think you simply need to turn the sounds on. Follow the intructions on this (click) article to turn on your sound.

If your sound is allready on, then I'd love to hear if you still have this issue.

My husband and i both play bingo. It is very annoying when the caller is on we play in differen t bingo rooms. But have comp. in same room. Here his caller plus mine.

Love the game of Bingo but still think the random thing is not good. to many of the same people with lots of money win, over and over, and im sure other people would agree with me. Love playing though.

My issue is with the pop ups. I don't mind the ones at the end of the game showing that I won (who would, right?), but I really don't need the ones at the start of EVERY game telling me that I'm about to participate in a Bingo or Super Bingo. The fact that I bought the cards means I already know this, and I'd prefer not to have to acknowledge it in order to see the game I just paid for. Please give me an opt-out for the pop ups. Thank you!

Hi GrannyLee2, are you referring to the pop-ups asking you to share the news on Facebook? Because these are randomly shown every X rounds.

I no this has nothing to do with how the game layout is, but still do not get the random thing when same people win over and over. how can that be random. I usally play in pearl divers. I dont mean to be a pain, because i love this game would just like to get ahead like some of the others, instead of paying all the time. Idont mind paying if i could get a head once and a while. Never play super cant win it. please try and help me understand. I have read about the random thing that was posted but does not help. thank you

i dont care for your new bingo i have won on the same number as someone else and didnt get bingo i really think that you are ripping the players off and that if the call like ball38 someone wins the diagonal you cant win diagonal on an N ball but its happening so i dont care for the bingo like i use to

I feel the Bingo caller is a distraction. Also, when I play, it doesn't matter which room, it seems all winners have coins of 100,000 or more

i think GP should make it so the players with over ten thousand should be made to go to the other rooms like the 5.00 25.00 not play in the 1.00 game try doing something about that so give others a chance

Yes it'sd cool and all but there is still a problem with some people get all the winning cards and others like myself never get them, and usually when I do get a winner it's split mulitple ways. I don't believe that the game cards and balls are randomly drawn! I did hit one winner for $59,000, quite some time ago and haven't hit since and I'm down to like $6,000 . But this play with only like 30 people and still never get the winner! Everyone should have an equal chance to win! Which there is no way that is true for this game!

Im like another player that made a comment below. It seems that in the rooms I choose to play in there are a number of the same REPEATING winners constantly. So, please dont just brush the rest of us off because you feel like the game is "RANDOM". There is no way in he(ll) that it is random. The room could or can have the allotted amount of players and only the same 5 or 6 are winning. Random is not an ANSWER. Which I know that is how you guys will put it. As long as you all have had this site you would think by now that our daily bonus would be more than a mere crappy $45. Increase it to $100 a day so someone can actually enjoy the game. RANDOM IS NOT AN ACTUAL OR REASONABLE RESPONSE.

Hi K2smama & ilovemyhubby1 . We increased the daily gift with 50% last December - and soon we will be changing how the system works as well (see our sneak preview video tutorials).
The moment we stop players from winning in certain rooms, it will no longer be random.

i thinki its ok but also i think its rigged u cant a bingo because the higher coins people wins all the TIME LAST NIGHT THE SAME PEOPLE WON ALL THE DAMN GAMES AND I THINK IS RIGGED U CAN BAND ME FROM EXPRESSING MY OPINION BUT I THINKS ITS NOT FAIR I WAS TOLD THAT ITS YOU PEOPLE RANDOMLY LET PEOPLE WIN BY GOD WHEN DO I GET A CHANCE?????
