GamePoint Bingo looking better than ever!

Last week there were some major changes to the way GamePoint Bingo looks. This week we're smoothing out some of the details. For example, we are putting in place bigger Bingo cards so they won't get blurry now that you can see them up-close in the full screen mode. Moreover, we are excited to bring you a new in-game roomlist, so that you can switch rooms without leaving the game! :D

In Game Roomlist

Our improved roomlist is now available within the game. This means you don't have to leave the chat or actually leave the game when you want to switch to another room. At the top of the new and improved roomlist you can select your favorite Bingo mode: Manual or Automatic. It shows an overview of the rooms available and you can easily track the progress of the Superbingo's, see the amount of people in the rooms and where your friends are. This makes navigating to other rooms a lot easier, a lot faster and it certainly gives you a better overview.

Bigger CardsWe received a lot of suggestions since the first release of the new Bingo design. Especially about the Bingo cards. With the new layout the game has gotten quite a bit bigger and this resulted that in some rooms there was quite a bit of space unused. Our design team has taken a look at the interface and we’ve managed to do what you’ve asked us to do! We increased the Bingo Cards size in the Manual Bingo rooms with 3 cards and while we were at it, we did the same for Automatic with 10 cards. The rooms with 6 manual & 15 automatic cards simply wouldn’t fit. So if you want to enlarge it a bit we suggest you use the full screen version of the game by clicking on full screen button (top right corner).

New Buy Card ButtonsMaybe you've seen our sneak preview, but as with all sneak previews some details could change while we're working on a new version. The preview showed a green Buy Card button. We weren't really satisfied with the way it looks when you have 10-15 green buttons in your screen. So we changed it to a nice orange-like color that is much calmer than the green button you might have seen in our sneak preview.

think it looks really nice but need to open up another 5 dollar room like poppin bubbles to many players now and not enough rooms

In another news article, I saw a reply comment made by a GP customer service person, and he had said that Popping Bubbles would be open to the public soon. It is currently being used as a testing area for all of the new Bingo updates. With that said, I totally agree with you! Way too many people in $5 manual rooms; it's like playing Super Bingo: You don't stand a chance of winning. lol

not sure if this is what your talking about but flag if u click on it is english chat room and if numbers are changing thats chat going on as someone comments numbers go up x

Hi Mona, changing rooms within the game speeds it up. Addiitonally you can now quickly see which SuperBingo is about to fall. You can still see the roomlist by clicking on 'Play now' and select Bingo.

YOUR colors on the card go on so long that at least 2 to 3 balls go by ... Before i can see my card again !!!

Time is crucial in the manual Bingo's ... YOU have NOW delayed my chances of daubing , for flashing colors TOO long after a win !!!

We will be adding an option to skip these colors faster. It should go live in the next version or so.

why only english chat room now on bingo used to be more flags also if players come in room to play and they dont speak english players are having a go at them telling them to speak english well thats not fair if they cant have a conversation with friends there is only 1 flag so where are they surposed to go to chat while playing

with uour setteings you choose your language, the chat with flag is based on your own personal choice of language.
So ppl with dutch as setting see only dutch flag there where you see english, french will see french flag where you see english;)
I tesetd it so i know they will have their own.
Its now more setting based with the chat or countries.

not better NOT BIGGER for those of us whom have trouble with little letters, WE CANNOT SEE THE CARDS SO BASICALLY WE CANNOT PLAY

I don't have a problem with the new bingo alls good....I'm more of a social player there for the chat more then the game....my problem is with the chat heads being on top of the chat when I'm chatting in the lobby it's hard to notice PM's as they pop up on top and unless u look up from the lobby chat u don't see them

When you get a new private message you see a text cloud indicating that someone just send you a new message. If you missed that for whatever reason the chat head will get a blue animated border around it. We've heard some players mentioning that is was not clear enough, so we'll definenately look into that.

i got new room list if u go to door to leave room at top right the others room should come up not old style ones

You can get it from the dropdown menu below your avatar. We turned it on in the top right corner, but deactivated it for now. We found a small issue we want to fix before turning it back on :)

the ingame switch from rooms doesnt work properly, if you go via friendlist or via your picture and choose other room, if it are rooms with different number of cards it diesnt show correct and doesnt buy correct.

Already said this before, why highlight a future which doesnt work correct?

Hope that gets fixed soon along with seperate bingo caller sounds on or off.

Cards do look better only in 1 manual bingo fever cards turn grey if you got no numbers to daub but the green lines for close to pattern and bingo only show when cards are highlighted, i miss it that you had green with 2 or less to go for pattern and 3 or less to go for bingo even if the cards were grey...

We believed we had the issue with the new roomlist fixed, and as soon as we noticed we actually didn't, wedeactivated it again. We've found the solution and will be activating the new in game roomlist as soon as possible :)

There will also be a seperate setting for the Bingo Caller.

The feature with the grey cards is set per room. So it could differ per room. Do you think something hsa changed recently in the room you frequently play.

Thank you very much for the bigger cards. This is the only Bingo site that I play at. I was very upset that I wouldn't be able to because the cards were too small for me to see. I am now a VERY happy GP fan.

Why is it that when you go to Dutch room it has a logo that says Dutch language only? Why isn't that in the English rooms? They come to English room and speak Dutch and nothing happens. When we speak English in their rooms we get silenced! Last time I checked that was called discrimination!

Hi Lakshmitakkall, at the moment you do not get a bonus when levelling up. Its just a value that tells others how much you play Bingo. Some rooms have a minimum level requirement too.

The rooms have different card values. The number is visible just above the rooms.

I love the changes except one. I like to hear the game sounds but not the caller and these have been combined so it is all or nothing. I like to listen to music when I play and the caller voice is conflicting.

only thing i dont like about the new layout is havin to click an arrow to see where my friends are !!!!! could you not make it so you can choose whether to have a room list showing or Friends - Maybe an arrow that slides between room players & your friends List so you can choose which one to have on screen :) Please Gp make it a little better but keep up the good work

I have notice now when playing bingo that 90% of the wins are either vip or super vip. this is not fair to the others not a super or vip. i play for hours last night and could not even get a share.

Hi KerryDudley! At the moment this is not possible. We are however working on an option to do so in the future. For now it can be done in another game that has not yet received this update!

can they get more 10.00 manual rooms also. i truly dont want to play everything in the dutch all the time. and what is up with the wins in the dutch. it seems too fishy at not even getting a share in this room now. i could use to at least get a win and now u waste half of your coins getting a win in there.

Hi Southerbell! The 10 coin manual marking is only available in Dutch. This might explain why most of the winners are Dutch

. We are always monitoring regions to see if more rooms are needed. As we are growing we might add more rooms soon, but this really depends per language. At the moment we are not planning to add 10 coin rooms to other regions however.
