Thanks to all the feedback we received! We have added even more new rooms in Bingo! This means you no longer have to deal with full 1, 5 and 10 Coin rooms for example (though remember that SVIPs can always access any full room). So now you have more rooms and game options to choose from!

We're happy to introduce new rooms like "It's Raining Coins", "Cards on Fire" "Once Upon a Row". Have a new favorite? Have a cool new game room name suggestion? Please let us know! Feedback from you is what helps us continually improve our games and your experience!

Als je terug wilt keren naar de Nederlandse kamers kun je via de kamerlijst de Nederlandse vlag selecteren via de rechterkant van het scherm.

We did indeed remove the window only specific rooms as we thought it would better protect the flow of the room. Clicking on a large button "Buy a card" shows us the player's intention of wanting to play as soon as possible. We appreciate your point of view on the issue and we will work to incorporate your and all the other players' feedback into account.

this new set up is no better than when it first started! You claim it is soooo much easier to change rooms. well when i choose a new room to go to, IT DOES NOT TAKE ME TO THAT ROOM!! I have to go to the top of the page and click on bingo and let it completely reload! And I lost $2500 in coins due to another stupid change ya'll made when clicking on cards to buy. When you only have $3500 in coins and you lose $2500 because of a change you made with no warning to the players, well that's just wrong! Oh how I wish you would just change everything back to the way it used to be! It was so much easier!!!!!!!!!

Game wont load past 70%...what have I done wrong ??? also it keeps saying my zoom is wrong and yet its always set to 100%

For loading issue like you mentionned in your message, we recommand you to make sure your computer is up to date, and then directly contact the support using the Contact button.
