Day Three: Fall in Love with CardParty

Just a quick refresher for the people that haven't played CardParty before or decided to take some time off from one of the best card games around:

CardParty is about numerically playing all the cards in your stockpile, from 1 through 12. The game has 144 cards, numbered from 1 to 12, as well as 18 Joker cards that can be played as any number.

Basic rules of the game:

1. At the beginning of the game, players are dealt one card and the highest card starts.
2. Players starts with 5 cards in their hand and a stockpile on their left with only the top card visible.
3. After every turn, players receive as many cards as necessary to always keep 5 cards in their hand 
4. Building piles may start with only a 1 or a Joker
5. After a pile reaches 12 cards, they are removed and the pile building restarts
6. In players’ personal discard piles, there are 4 card spaces to use when no more moves can be made per turn. Multiple cards can be placed over the spaces, but only the top one can be played.
7. If all 5 cards are played, that player will receive 5 new cards. However placing a card on the discard pile does not count as a played card.

Team Mode:
Team Mode works the same as the regular game, except players can play their partner’s stock and discard pile. The first team to finish one of their stockpiles wins.

Perks:
Players can add the follow perks either at the start or during their game:
• Move helper: Highlights cards in your hand, stockpile or discard piles that can be placed on the shared piles.
• Stack viewer: All cards in the 4 discard piles can be viewed
