Hey LynnMolinski, so SuperBingos work by having everyone from all regions play for a pot together. This is because normally they fill them together which really helps it grow. This week though during the Happy Hours, we're the ones filling the pots! It's all about luck because there's no way for our RNG program to know what country a player is from (or their Coin amount, their name, their subscription, etc.). SuperBingos are rather hard to win because of all the players, but it's that huge pot that makes it worth the try for many people. :)

would love the play if i had the money but got to wait 3 hours for credits. there is no way i am paying for them. you lose them faster than winning i have had about enough of this site. instead of trying to find smiley ideas try to make it where people dont have to wait 3 hours for only 30 credits i mean dam at least 50 would be nice

Hi Michelle, remember when players received free Coins only once every 24 hours? So, there's definitely way more Coins you can get now. This includes the Freeroll rooms where players with low amounts of Coins can spend 0 Coins to participate in a smaller SuperBingo.

I lovvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvve the superbingos they are so exciting,i have entered a bunch today but lost over 100k already,i still have coins but dont want to lose them all so may have to stop with the supers soon :( But its an excellent idea to have these extra supers :)

it should be random not designated times,it would be more fun and better chances becuase it wouldnt get a chance to fill up with tons of people.What you really need to woork on is when someone wins bing like i did finally then for days you win very little and lose all your coins :( takes the fun out of playing because i f you win good then youre afraid to play the next day ive lost almost 200k today

if i would get my 3hr gift then i might be able to join a superbingo but i didnt get it since this morning 9.00am for some reason 2 names of mine suddenly didnt get the 3 hr gift.
cant sent ticket to support about it either.

please fix and correct the missed 3 hr gift

Thx AidaGP for your reply and your help by letting GP know about my issue, i had already tried immediately through several ways to contact them : bug report, contact etc but i couldnt get through (got blank forms and errors) i did get through now and have sent in a bug report explaining situation myself as well.

Thx again and hope it will be solved and sorted soon.

I have a question for you how come they lowered the payouts severely in Bingo? I personally will not play it anymore for that reason

Hi Tweety, there are no 'lowered' payouts in Bingo. The prizes you win are dependent on how many people play in a room and how many cards they purchase. You can see the amounts at the top left of the page and reflected in the wallets of the winners (which are named at the end of the game on the winners' screen). Hope that clears it up

Hi GingerL11, if you remember, we've explained to you before how everything in Bingo is due to luck because there is no mechanism that exists on our side that can 'let' or 'prevent' anyone from winning or losing, or 'owe' them. It doesn't matter your purchase history, how much you play, your name, your region, etc. The program by which the numbers and balls are determined is 3rd party certified and works exactly as stated.

So think about it like playing a lottery. When you play often, you increase the opportunity, but each play itself holds the same chance. Someone winning won having the same chance, but luck made it happen. Winning again or in the future still happened on the same chance. This system of blind chance works the same as on Bingo or any of our other chance-based games.

Speaking of luck, it looks like you had some nice wins since you made this comment! Maybe it's a good idea to go build up some nice karma and good deeds and perhaps luck will visit you again on Bingo.

AidaGP yes had nice wins but it was all taken back,i know i repeat the same things over and over but so does gamepoint,yet refuse to actually see for their own eyes,like the last 48 hours in the 1000 manual room,i can afford to keep losing to the same person,some cant.You think im the only one,no if you go there you will see its many many saying what i say,just too afraid to write to GP,its disheartenting and soo many have left to play elsewhere,its sad because its a fun game for the most part it just needs some tweaks i guess,yes i have had some HUGE wins but for some reason after ya have big wins then you cant win for days.Plus i'm not really talking about me at the moment i see hundreds who are sad because they cant win over and over and if they speak up they get blasted and told to leave,thats not fair to them,i try to defend them and say "good luck to those who havent won" and i get blasted too,its supposed to be fun for everyone.

Yes i had 2 fantastic wins!! wins that i will NEVER see again in my lifetime but they were before this comment and if you look again you will see that 500k of those wins were gone in 3 days because it seems as though when you win big then for a few days you only lose,i'm not complaining honst im just saying how it is,i dunno maybe its just how the computer program works,i will play here as long as i can afford it because i LOVE playing the bingo,the other games not so much,it's the only sight where i've actually paid to play and want to continue,i just wish people were kinder and not get mad when your kind to others.I think this site could be huge with a little effort,i pretty much gave up all other sites to play here but TONS of my friends have stopped playing here mostly because people can be very rude and mean.There needs to be a way to close the chat all together when they start .I dont even report the glitches that happen to me any more,today i couldnt click B-1 for my bingo in the 1000 room,theres no way to prove it so why bother,there need to be something to click to report stuff like that.Those are huge bingos in thereAnyway thanks for a reply and yes i for one will continue to play regardless.

Hi Fifty! Make sure your friend knows about the free Coins they can collect every 3 hours and our Freeroll rooms where they can play for 0 Coins and try to fatten their wallets a bit.

you say its not possible to cheat or have same winners over and over but why do you refuse to have a human actually go in and watch?Today is the perfect day for it especially in the higher rooms like the 2500,1000,250 manual AND autoIts the same winners over and over i abd others have lost 1000s upon thousand and they are winning the supers too.I know how they pplay 1 auto and 1 manual at the same time but somehow they play numerous manual and auto rooms at once.we keep changing rooms to avoid them but they are everywhere!
All of us like to win sometimes but its so disheartening to everyone who tries to have fun because these people suck all the fun out of playing,they are super super rich but thats no reason to be mean to the rest of us.Some of us play most of our free time and got excited over these extra supers but with no luck,Today when i entered the 250 auto i wrote down the people i believed would win before it happened and i was only wrong on the pattern,i nailed the rest and of course won nothing.i'd love if some humans would watch and not the ones with the big G or star by their names because they know who you are.And we get yelled at by them if we ask for a bingo

ok, so i run out of coins, why you ask. Because, in the 5.00 rooms you have players with 111,000 in coins playing. And yes she did win 5 games in a roll. She may have won more. But, i left. Then i go to free roll room. And what do I see. someone with 1000.00 playing. And she left. And was able to go to a different free roll room. Why? Its for 250.00 of less right? Not right. I see it all the time. Your site is not fair. and your rules dont get played. So, sad.

ohhhhhhhhhhh no is super bingo hour gone? was it just temporary?It will be VERY hard to win now,needed 32 for MANY balls for the 1000 man super today was excitingbut didnt win.I hopw you bring Super Bingo hour back soon,i missed a lot of them because my dog was in hospitall!!!I like that there wasnt much warning even though i didnt win any of them it was nice to be less crowded sometimes. :)

AidaGP i read what you wrote and i see you're tired of hearing from me but no worries,i'm done,i can't afford to buy more this month,ive bought numerous times as i do every month but when you have 700k one day and none a few days later its disheartening especially when you've spent tons on this site then you try to go into your favorite rooms (1000 manual.250 auto)and try to recoup some of your losses and cant win at all and watch the grumpy mean people take it all for 3 days in a row,you lose faith in a site.which is sad especially when you spend on average 16 hours a day here.but i wish you well and all others better luck but when these coins run out i'll have to be done because i cant afford to buy again until next month.
