We have some sparkly new Bingo updates for you! 

Update 3-10-2014

As of today we feature a brand new function, it is now possible to enjoy Bingo on fullscreen. You can click on the expand button on the top right to maximize your Bingo experience.

If you have participated in our public tests, watched our video introduction or read the sneak preview on our News page you probably already know what I'm talking about. We have launched an improved version of your favorite Bingo game!

1. One of the most important updates of this version is that we’ve made the game BIGGER! Please note that we did not remove anything, we have just rearranged things to create more space for a bigger game.

2. We added a sharp, new navigation bar at the top of the page that shows you your current coin balance, your level progression, your online friends and provides a way to easily change rooms within Bingo.
This button will currently direct you to the roomlist you're all used to, while our team of developers is working on a brand new in-game roomlist. The new roomlist will enable you to jump rooms without ever leaving Bingo, making for a quicker & easier transition! So that's something to look forward to in the upcoming weeks.

3. We've also redesigned the chat. If it seems smaller to you, that is because we’ve  moved the private messages you used to receive on the right hand side into something we call Chat Heads. They're simply buttons that allow you to navigate between private conversations. They will pop up the moment you start a private conversation or when you receive a private message.

To open a private conversation, click that person’s Chat Head. Their nickname will always show above the conversation. This way you can make sure if you’re private messaging or not. To return to the room chat, just click the three-people icon on top of the tab.
If you're not friends yet with the person you’re PMing, the 'add friend' button will appear behind their player name, so you can add them easily from your private conversation. Alternatively, you can add them through the friendlist or when hovering over their player names in the lobby, as you always could.

4. The smiley menu and the chat channels also got a redesign. In all fairness, they were due for a make-over. We'll be adding some new smileys later on as well. So keep an eye on them!

5. Have you ever experienced that you were typing a very long sentence and halfway through realized you made a mistake? Well, I have. In the previous version you couldn't see all the chat that you were typing in the input field. In this updated version, the input field enlarges if you type more than a single sentence. Nice!

6. The silver buy bar above your playing cards has been updated. This bar allows you to super quickly buy a certain amount of cards or all of the cards at once. You can also choose to auto-buy. That way you don't have to take a break in between games, and you can keep the fun and momentum going!

7. You might wonder where you can change your online status in this new version. No worries, it's still there – we’ve just moved it to another location. You simply have to click your avatar in the navigation bar to alter your status to your liking.

8. Last but not least, you might have noticed that some space in the navigation bar is reserved for something that’s “Coming soon”. Curious what that might be? Why not watch our video where we give you a sneak preview of this feature? You can watch it HERE.

Just played in beginner and bingo rain.........screen size is micro........cant see whats being written and impossible to play.......reloaded 3 times , and no different .....a total mess and now cant play

Dosen't look like you want many people to play. Screen is too small, can't see the numbers. I won't be playing this very much, I will find other bingo games on the internet.

The new design is horrible. The cards are wayyyyyyyy too small, very hard to see on my laptop, and there's no way at all that I can play on my tablet. Further, I have NEVER understood why the numbers are in sequential order, normal bingo cards (at least in the US) aren't that way, numbers are randomly placed on the cards.

Much too small.....I canot read to numbers of anything wlse for that matter.....chat lines too close together....I am partially sighted and always enjoyed playing this game but now it's not enjoyable as having to squint the see the numbers and writing :(

I have bad eye sight and found the cards rather small could barely see the #s on the cards sorry if it continues i will not be playing again.
you will find that a lot more will stop playing because of the same problem

I am very disappointed in the new look. the games cards are so small now that I have trouble seeing them and have to peer at them also i can't read the chat as it is too small. Alot of seniors play and i am sure this format is hard for them too. A feature like play full screen would be very helpful to us.

OMG the new look is AWFUL..what the heck were y'all thinking? You said it was going to be bigger...i see everything is much much smaller...I won't be able to play anymore...can't strain my eyes that damn much !!!

Hi Deborah, We know this impacts a group of players that is using a resolution which is lower than usual. We are gathering data on this as we speak. Please leave yoru resolution with a comment if you experience issues as well :-)

i enjoy the "look" of this new one but why does it have a lot of wasted space. and again the writing is way to small and blurry.

my screen reslution is 1280 * 800.

We will in a few weeks. The rooms are being used to test new versions with players. Over the next few weeks we will update Bingo another few times ;-)

Unfortunately, you can no longer put the called number box out without covering the ball track especially in the rooms with 6 cards. The rooms with 3 cards, you can place it below the cards but that's like looking at the floor to check numbers if you were at a real bingo hall and very irritating.

it is nice to make changes, but the smaller cards and numbers are very hard to see for the older players....previous screen was more playable and easier to see....

Wish the cards were bigger or we had the ability to enlarge them. Have a hard time seeing numbers good even with my glasses on please either make them bigger or enable us to. If they keep hurting my eyes I'll have to give up playing in here thank you

the cards are too small..... hard to see. They need to be larger..... I love playing the game, but for me, smaller cards are just too hard to see. I have enough eye strain, don't need to have more added on to my eyes. MAKE THE CARDS BIGGER....

I don't quite understand, WHY GP feels the need to fix something ... That IS NOT broken !!!
IF you feel a need to improve something ... WHY don't you take a poll before you make the changes ?

Here, is one improvement that, would be welcomed by ALL players ...

I think it's high time that GP ... increase the coins received for purchases ...

Ever hear of inflation ??? ... Cost of living increases ???

$25.00 = 25,000 creds / $50.00 = 50,000 creds ... and so on and so on ...
Just fake credits to GP ... Real money to those of us, who have spent a small fortune on your gamesite ...

Wake up !!! ... make changes that are beneficial to players .

Hi Mona, we did test this new version with 1000's of players during the last weeks. We gathered tons of feedback and made several improvements already.

Regarding the coins, we DOUBLED the free coins players receive in December. Inflation doesn't really work as to how you explained it. It would mean you would spend more for the same amount of coins. However, in the last 6 years we have not increased our prices. We even made it cheaper to buy larger packages. I think thats already 2 big benefits you are enjoying right now

I don't like the changes since I started playig on this site. I used to enjoy this site so much. Don't know how much longer I will play here. It was so much more enjoyable before. Some times you should not change a good thing.

The games are too small, the font too small. It's too hard to read so I won't be playing anymore. It's not fun when you have to squint to see the numbers.

I noticed everyone's complaining the text and numbers are smaller now. Since I normally have that problem (I have terrible eyesight even with corrective lenses.) with the default resolution, I haven't experienced a change on here. I'm going to assume it has to do with the fact I use 1280 X 1024.

Instead of complaining, change your resolution until GP fixes the problem. It only takes 3 seconds to do it.

My resolution is 1366x763. I play manual. Did you ever hear the expression if it's not broke, don't fix it.

Aeronaut, obviously, everyone has the same complaint. If you don't restore mthe size, you're going to lose players. Older folks have vision problems. This is the only Bingo site I play at & I would hate to have to leave because I can't see the game.

Hi Mike, we really needed to update the game. As the problems effect a specific group (the ones you see replying here) we are creating different fixes to make it better for them. We won't go back to the old version.
