when i went on my iphone and saw that you offered 125% , ok amount, still not much of a sale. when i went to gamepoint, it offered only around 4,000 coins, then i went to fb, it ofered the same, i went back to gamepoint and now its offering the 9,900 coins, so i bought this, even though, its not much, been playing past ten years, and seems the same, cost more to play, i like the 250 and up games, wish you would put the special games in their , instead of the 1,000 and up. you promised a long time ago for smaller rooms and you have made it impossible to win a big super, just way to many rooms playing and the amount of people is really crappy, i average once a year or more for a big win, that is terrible, the constant losing is happening more often, cost more and little rewards, i love this game, but so unhappy with constantly losing, sometimes i feel its fixed, hope its not, hope its a honest game, i very seldom complain, but i been today complaining, i hate complaining but i understand why so many are so mad with you guys, wish it was more like it used to be, but feel its all about money to you guys, i try not to be mean, but you guys have been very unfair, and why do you not give us something when we try for the special games, and collectables, you make it real hard to get them, so many are hard to get and usually have to play ten to twenty collectable games to get one, not right. and if you take them away and we need only one or two to get the prize, but we just lose out, love them and please put more of them in the 250 or 500 rooms, not the ones that have so many to hard to get or can't afford to play. please make this more fair, give more money for the coins. your posting the low amounts are nothing but a insult to us that have played a long time. new players don't get it, but most of us do.

Hi Rose, the prices and Coin amounts can be different on different platforms because each of those platforms adds their own fees. For example, we're not in control of extra fees by Google, iTunes or Facebook which can raise their own prices. That's why we always recommend that players make deposits via our main website because we cut out the middle man and give you the lowest price possible.

SuperBingos are SuperBingos precisely because of the amount of people playing. The more people that play, the faster the pots fill and the bigger the pots themselves can get. In values with few people, the SuperBingo takes place barely once a day (or less!).

As for collections, they drop completely at random and sometimes, it's better to just sleep on it and maybe you'll be lucky with them the next day. But we personally have not made any adjustments to the frequency of collection drop rates. An item in the 1 Coins is not 'harder' to get than one in the 1000 Coin room (the Coins are different, but one doesn't drop more or less 'easily' than the other)

We have players all around the world, so there will never be one ideal time where everyone can make it. But we do try to switch it up every now and then
