Please do not hesitate to contact us in case you experience problems or cannot find answers your looking for in our Servicepoint. You can reach us in several ways:


1) GamePoint Support: You can send us a chat message 24 hours a day via the 'Contact' button. You will receive an answer as soon as possible. It is important that you state your question clearly in the message; the more information you provide us, the better we can assist you. Reports containing insults or threats will not be answered.


3) Chat lobby: You can address a 'GamePoint' employee when this employee is online. GamePoint employees can be recognized by the 'G' in front of their name. Keep in mind that sometimes employees are busy testing and might not respond. Keep in mind that messages about issues that have occurred more than two weeks ago will not be processed. Please remember to notify us in time.
