With every game you play you build up experience points (XP). When you have enough experience you will level up. A level indicates how experienced you are in the game itself. You will also be able to gain medals whilst playing. These medals can be displayed in a showcase for other players to see. More information about XP, Levels and Medals can be found in the game information help section.

There are a variety of gifts handed out freely by GamePoint. The most well-known gift is the 3 hourly gift. GamePoint Bingo, WordTornado, RoyalDice & CardParty are currently
available on the iPad (version 2 and onwards). Bingo can also be played on an iPhone or Android phone.
We are working on more games which should become available for mobile and Android devices as well. We will
update this question when things change.

There are several explanations why a game would not load. The most common loading issue has to do with outdated software. How to update Adobe Flash Player is explained in the system requirements. If the issue still exists after updating your software please contact our Support Team.

The usage of a wired connection tends to solve most of
the issues we’ve encountered. We understand
this issue could be hard to solve, and therefore we have written a handful of
suggestions to improve internet connections. See here for more information.

When players get disconnected due to technical issues at GamePoint stake will be reimbursed for all disconnected games. Players can easily check is they received their reimbursement by following these steps:
Step 1: Open the GamePoint wallet
Step 2: Open the games tab
Step 3: Browse through the games
When coins are reimbursed the games are displayed as 'solved' in the wallet followed by +0.00. This indicates that stake has been returned. If you click on the solves game you will find more information.
For example:
You were disconnected during a game with 50 coin stake. The wallet will display that you lost that game and deduct - 50.00 coins. When coins are reimbursed you will see solved game +0.00. This is your -50.00 game with 50.00 coins reimbursed making the total loss 0.
Note: Winnings that are reimbursed are displayed under the gift tab.

Yes you can! Currently Mac computers running the Snow Leopard operating system do support the latest version of Java, but might cause issues after several plays. You are able to access the game by ignoring the java notification at the beginning of the game.
When you experience in-game problems we can offer two solutions:
Solution 1. If you have issues with regards to playing our games on your Mac computer close off your browser completely using command + q and start it again. This might solve your problem.
Solution 2. You can simulate Windows by installing VMWare or another Windows emulator on your Mac, then install the latest Java version and subsequently start playing your game of choice.
We do realize the inconvenience this might cause you and we do hope that in future Java will properly support Mac computers.
