Introducing some RoyalDice updates!
Today we are sharing news with you about several small but nice RoyalDice updates, especially since we know that lots of players have been looking forward to it! Above all, we want to provide the best possible RoyalDice experience for our players and we're confident that this a step in that direction.

  • You can now skip the daily gift animation by clicking on it. Don’t worry, of course you still receive the gift!
  • When you hover over a game in the selection, this game will not be moved by newly created or starting games anymore; the box with the chosen game stays locked underneath your mouse, so that you cannot enter another game by accident anymore.

We received the ideas for these updates thanks to your feedback. Soon you can also expect to see them in other games! We really depend and appreciate your feedback and suggestions in order to continuously improve our games!

So, when do these "updates" take effect? As I have just been basically forced to play a 100c Triple RD game, even though I clicked on a 50c Normal game. Also, the coin screen does not go away, unless I click "thanks"

These updates are currently live. Regarding the daily gift popup, clicking it skips the animation and takes you straight to the "Thanks" button. It's not meant to skip the pop-up entirely, otherwise you'd be unable to claim your free Coins. Regarding entering rooms, if this happens again, please contact Support immediately so we gather technical information to address the issue. Thanks for your patience and for your feedback! We really rely on players to tell us how they're experiencing the game.

Ok, two questions... will the search bar come back in Card Party and Royal Dice? As with the changes a couple of months ago there was said that it would come back but I still haven't seen it and I hear a lot of players saying they miss it. I also really miss the snoop option in the friendslist. Snoop option will make it easier so you can see how a friend is doing in their game without having to scroll through 300 names to find them on the roomlist. Is it possible to bring this option back in the renewed friendslist? Thanks!

Well, it has happened again.... I clicked on a 50c Normal game, and the games jumped and I ended up in a 1000c Triple game. Gamepoint really needs to get this corrected.... I am now out a 1000c when I only had 3500 to start with :(
I did sumbit a report, and I pray I get my 1000c back.

There is a problem, when you click on a certain game, for instance a 25 coin game, the screen jumps and you end up in a much higher coin game. too bad there wasnt a button that says confirm when you enter a game so you dont get stuck playing the higher amount game and end up losing all of the coins.

I agree, there should be a confirm button. I've lost 1000 in the last few days because of being put into higher games

Well... it has happened yet again... clicked on a 50c Normal game and ended up in a 500c Triple that I was unable to back out of. And of course Support is NO HELP.
