Now featuring an improved game screen
In order to ensure that everyone can enjoy the same optimal experience on the GamePoint website, we're adjusting our games so that they rescale according to your resolution. Thanks to your help, we got feedback that the website did not look exactly the same for everyone and thus experiences varied.

So essentially, now the games will now automatically fit to your screen, regardless of your screensize and it'll look like the games are floating over the background (with the additional bonus of bringing more attention to the amazing art work created by our design team). We're always working on moving forward, especially following the momentum after the introduction of the new Bingo layout last year. And this improvement will ensure that everyone can enjoy GamePoint the way it was meant to be.

We may say it a lot, but all of our improvements are thanks to feedback from our players. We're always working hard to make your playing experience on GamePoint a great one!

Let us know what you think about this feature in the comments below and try it out by playing some Bingo!

I don't like the new global rooms in the bingo. Why is that necessary? It was fine the way you had it. Now its even harder to win and you don't give us enough to play as it is. This game is getting more and more frustrating and I am about to disappear - another lost customer. I have seen many leave because this site is a rip off. You should've left well enough alone, stop changing everything.

Hello branbran91, sorry for the late reply!

We recognize that Bingo rooms of some values aren't as popular and aren't very full. But nonetheless, there are players who wish to play these rooms and who would really like to play with more people and see the SuperPot get filled faster. Therefore, the global rooms address this issue. Naturally, the regional ('normal') rooms have not been removed, so you're more than welcome to continue playing there as well! Wishing you lots of luck!

I dont like the new format. It makes playing bingo on a laptop difficult as the the balls showing make you look up and down further to checkyour cards. Some of the rooms move faster than others and this morning I have seen many paterns going out on very strange numbers. Upon asking the player they told me they actually went out the number before but it took time to look down to find the panel. Why change whats not broken, I am sure there were not asmany people wanting the change to those that didnt.

Hello DonnaHorenko1, sorry for the late reply!

Since the new screen layout automatically adjusts to your resolution, if your resolution is low then the game may appear stretched out and may require scrolling. To increase your resolution, right-click on your desktop and select 'Screen Resolution'. When you increase your resolution, your system will give you a preview of what it'll look like. Once you've saved your settings and re-open your game, it should look better and should fit on your screen. Hope this clears it up!

Hello Fla_Bobcat, sorry for the late reply!

Rest assured, we did not remove these features It's likely though that because of a low screen resolution, parts of the screen aren't visible to you. For example, if you select full-screen mode everything should appear as normal. To increase your resolution (so that you don't always have to play in full-screen), right-click on your desktop and select 'Screen Resolution'. When you increase your resolution, your system will give you a preview of what it'll look like. Then apply & save your settings, and behold a lovely playing screen!
