Hi kgrace! VIP of the Week is for players who are already either SuperVIP or VIP. So everyone that is picked already has a subscription, since the prize is to extend what is already there. Additionally, since we use the VIP of the Week's avatar on our front page and on this news page, it's handy to have a proper picture added as well.
