Thanks for all the special events you been doing. However I no longer will support this site. The Random is horrible and only getting worse by the day. Along with all the players making multiple names daily, and winning all the time. You know what I spend here,, have for years. And I'm not doing it anymore nor should anyone have to. Love this site, but it's beyond rediculous, and I'm not the only one who feels this way. Your losing many old players who have supported you for years VERY SAD :( Sure your numbers don't show that, as hundreds of fake names are made daily. But soon all you will have is a heap of unused fake names and no one to support you. Hope you fix it someday, great site. Would hate to see it tank

Hi unclefester, I'll try to go point by point, so excuse the lengthy response.

"Random" isn't a selection system or about "turns". There's no criteria to be selected because things like depositing, being VIP, having Coins or not having them, have no input within the game. Winning is about beating the odds, and that's exactly what luck is about. That's why it's heart-warming to see players wish each other luck, a good game, and be happy for others when luck comes their way.

Each and every account you see ingame is made by a real person. Just like all the accounts you've made. And there's absolutely nothing wrong with having multiple accounts. To suggest that they're not real somehow takes away from the real human being with real feelings that sits behind the screen (or plays from their phone). But we actually count unique individuals that come to play (rather than the amount of accounts) and we're happy to say that they're going up! More people means more partners, more people filling up pots faster for more SuperBingos, etc. It's great for everyone

It's frustrating to not win as often as one wants. Otherwise we'd all be buying lottery tickets left and right! But there's never a requirement to spend money to play because we give out plenty of opportunities for free Coins. There's the 3-hourly gifts, events, little giveaways on Facebook, signing up for the newsletter, etc. And there's games that have more emphasis on skill rather than purely chance, like RoyalDice or CardParty for example.

Gamepoint......I read that your chocolate event starts today, on the 6th of February....with special collections in the 50 and 500 coin rooms. Well, I have been playing the 50 coin rooms ALL DAY, and have yet to see any special collection pieces. For that matter, no other collection pieces either in the 50 coin rooms. I would like to know how we are supposed to finish our collections, when there are none given to win? Another question for you.......Why in every room, is there people constantly winning, while others never even get a bingo all night? I know it has to have something to do with your system of numbers or cards. It is very discouraging for all of us, to see the same people winning over and over again, while others are always left behind with no bingo at all. I don't even see them in the lower rooms. I rarely get My Collections. It took me forever to just collect the Cats in 1 Coin Room. I am trying to work on Handbags now and I need 1 more to complete them. I find it very hard to collect them because I very rarely see them on my Cards.

Hi Ellen, since your comment it looks like you've already found at least event 1 collection piece in the 50 Coin rooms and collected the Chess collection too!. There's no rhyme or reason as to when collection pieces appear, they just appear. We offer them as a means to provide opportunities for extra rewards just for playing Bingo normally. So when we add new event collections, we're upping the pool of potential goodies.

As for 'same winners', click on any of these people's names in the room list and you'll see their public statistics. If it's true that they win 'all the time', then you'll see that they played 1,000 games and won 1,000 Bingos. However, I'm extreeeemely confident that there is no such player. (If there is, then they needs to play Power Ball lottery or something and share some winnings with us ). Winning is about luck, because there's no 'turns' or other criteria like Coin amount, etc. that influences it. So wishing you lots of luck!

Sounds like a fun event,so exciting!! I do hope however that you have some special valentines collections in the lower coins rooms,the 50 and 500 rooms are more coins than i have ,thanks for the fun

These are those Valentine-themed collections, in the 50 and 500 Coins rooms. Maybe in future events we'll also try other value rooms. But you're also getting an additional daily gift (separate from your 3-hourly gift) as well, so maybe you can check out those rooms
