Tonight GamePoint and its network had been targeted for a cyber attack and naturally we're working hard to become fully operational again. Meanwhile, we're implementing counter-measures to repel such attacks and make sure that you'll continue to have a website and games to enjoy.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and we're going to continue to safeguard everyone's opportunity to have a good time. We're grateful for your support and understanding, especially in these circumstances. We'll keep you updated!

Hi Amber, due to the cyber attacks, it won't be possible to carry out the giveaway as planned. So it's postponed til further notice, or maybe we can alter it to something different/cooler. The priority at the hour is the make sure that the game is online and stable.

Tomorrow's Live Bingo (6pm EST) is still scheduled to go. And just a quick reminder, the cards are completely free to claim. I'll be drawing the balls live on camera and just by having your card, you can win Coins and maybe even a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4

Hi Brenda, forgive the lengthy response but I think the info is good for everyone else that's curious.

No one's personal information has been in any danger whatsoever. We weren't 'hacked'. No one has purposefully tried to enter any sort of restricted area. In a cyber attack like this, what happens is that someone 'clogs' or heavily burdens the network by which the game is accessed, to the point where it's unresponsive.

We of course have protections in place, but the order of business right now will be strengthening those and perhaps further adding to them. And then ensuring that the website and game are stable for everyone to enjoy without any more of these disruptions.

Nutshell: Your info is safe, it was never in any danger. We're working on preventing it from happening again and making sure your games aren't interrupted further.

Hello,

I've been trying to get in to the games, it keeps getting stuck at 70% then i get disconnected and it goes back to 0% and just completely stops working...

I wanted to play a nice game after a long day to relax, the relaxation part is not there seeing as i still cant play, lol

After the Live Bingo, we performed some emergency maintenance which should have addressed most of the issues. Naturally, we're still being vigilant for anything else that can arise as an after effect of the cyber attack. Our techs have been doing a fantastic job (no relaxation for them these past few days for sure!) and we're hoping that everything will soon be in perfect working order.

Thank you for replying lol, i want you to know that my issues with GP werent only with you though... found out my fiance didnt pay the bill as they made some changes, so instead of cutting of our internet, they cut down our speed, we sorted it and i have no problems anymore. So in my case it wasnt only GP it was also my own provider
