I seemed that Saturday night, a few Bingo rooms went down and people couldn't connect to those rooms. All our other games were fine, as well as other Bingo rooms. Everything should be up at running since then.

Funny, I used to love bingo till joining this gamesite. When you have an actual fighting chance at winning something then its worthwhile, but when you see other players( especially very high coin players) win over and over and over again, and you get nothing, then it gets old real fast. Never mind you're claims of luck and all that rot, if you actually sat and watched games while they were happening you would see what most of us poorer folk complain about, instead you spew your stuff about how its all random etc. Most of us aren't buying that.
I had thought at one time about buying coin, then realized that if I am never going to win much, I certainly wasn't going to put any real cash into it. Sadly you won't recognize the problem and I think that a lot of us are just going to quit playing. I know I don't think I will be playing too much longer. I don't expect to win every game, but to go days and days and days without, gets old.

i hear ya,i agree.i'm already regretting buying vip and 12,000 coins which i lost in a very short time.I don't know why this issue isnt addressed properly or why GamePoint doesnt seem to care but ive tried to see it there way but i played and played and every high coin room had the same 5 or 6 players winning over and over and they were all high coin players.It really saddened me because im not rich by any means and can't afford to buy and lose that quickly.I had planned on buying weekly and getting a years svip if i liked it here,but i just cant win a decent amount,actually every 3 hours i play my bonus and its gone instantly,not much fun in that. People complain in every room but then are bullied by high coin players that NEVER have to buy so dont understand how upsetting it.Ive never gotten angry playing a game in my life until playing bingo here,sitting on 1tg for many calls and yet the same person will win. I have a couple weeks left on my svip,i will decide at the end of that time.Good Luck to you cantstandit

So it looks like you won a pretty big payout in a 1 Coin room, congrats! And then 20 minutes before that, again. And then you were gifted a few free vouchers even! So based on your own play history, it's clear that you have well enough of a 'fighting chance'.

Right now it's 1:30AM PST and there's 300 people in the 5 Coin manual rooms (just English speaking rooms even) and yet 25 people total in the 500 Coin manual rooms. Therefore, the players in the 500 Coin rooms right now each have a higher chance because there's less competition. But the winnings are proportionally less (relative to the stake) because of that low amount of people.

Long story short, try emptier rooms if you want to see fireworks more often. Wishing you lots of luck!

To those at gamepoint, instead of doing a super bingo for every room you should do a super bingo for each room. Say like the 50 rooms instead of including them all together GP should do one per room make it more interesting and fun for the players.
